EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Omid Ebrahimi-Sohi
President
Omid founded Modern Practice Solutions in 2016 to partner with physicians struggling with operations, workflows, and revenue. After consulting for a few years and seeing systemic billing struggles, we began to offer revenue cycle services to our consulting clients. Omid has filled leadership roles at a couple of revenue cycle companies and has been fortunate to have an exceptional set of teachers that have pushed and pressured him to do better for both the clinics and himself.
Omid is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Master’s degree in Healthcare Management with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare management industry. He lives in Dallas, but often feels like he lives out of a suitcase. Omid enjoys traveling, baking, volunteering, and watching the Dallas Mavericks play.
Alex Boliver
Vice-President, Operations
Alex partnered with Omid in 2016 in the early stages of Modern Practice Solutions. We identified a need to provide a more holistic approach to revenue cycle management and our vision was born.
While in high school in the Dallas area, Alex met his future wife. They moved to Nashville and he graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business. Currently they reside in Hermitage, TN with 2 children. Alex enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.
Chase Carter
Vice-President, Revenue Cycle Services
Chase has over a decade of experience in healthcare. After beginning his career on the clinical side, he transitioned over to revenue cycle operations while working in private practice. He currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management with Modern Practice Solutions, where he works with providers to improve their practice workflows and accounts receivable.
He is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While he was a student at Auburn, he met his wife. Currently their family resides in Birmingham, AL. In his personal time, Chase enjoys serving in his church, traveling, hiking, cooking outdoors, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.
